                                     SWEDISH MASSAGE

This is the best known massage modality known.  It is a low to moderate pressure massage and its whole intent is to gently massage away any minor stress points in muscular tissue that you may have.  The exceptional benefits includes increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.


                                          DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep Tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension.  The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).  This is a more concentrated massage with firm pressure with a focus on high stress areas.


                                         HOT STONE MASSAGE

Similar to a Swedish massge, it is also low pressure massage intended to heat the muscles with warm lava rocks.  Melting away muscle tension and stress.


                                        PRENATAL MASSAGE

A low pressure massage intended to care for the needs of the mother and baby of a low-risk pregnancy after the first trimester to ensure the safety of you and your baby.


A pressure technique that works by placing pressure on specific areas of the hands and the feet.  Focusing on nerve endings that correspond to the organs and tissues in the body.
